Industrial music has always been more rebellious, however that is evolving. There is this upbeat electro-rock I saw by Matt Soren that has a unique twist on electro-rock. His CD is a mix of recovery music and the process of knocking out addiction.
There are some song previews on his site at www.inspiringrock.com. It looks like the songs are provisional while wrapping up mastered recordings. They sound high quality to me but that’s just my opinion. It is cool to find more industrial rock like this written particularly for addiction help in a more kickin way from someone that has had the experience and is making a difference for others in addiction. It’s nice to have this type of rock coming from the industrial genre which is typically more rebellious in nature. Got to love that!
By the way, he has free downloads you can get from his website and more in his insiders area which is free. I also saw discount passes, graphics, and other downloads. It will be exciting to hear the album once it is available. Good stuff!
